DISPOSITION: MacKenzie sells 2.5 acre IOS in Baltimore, MD for $3.7M. MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services has facilitated the sale of 25 Thomas Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. The property includes 21,000 SF of industrial space, including a 14,600 SF truck terminal. Andrew Meeder, Daniel Hudak, and Matthew Curran with MacKenzie represented the seller, Mid Atlantic Express LLC, in the transaction. Luke Wilson with CBRE represented the buyer.

DISPOSITION: McWhirter sells 3.41 acre IOS in Atlanta area for $2.5M. McWhirter Realty Partners has facilitated the sale of 1270 Turner Road in Lilburn, Georgia. The low-coverage property features a 18,000 SF industrial building. The buyer was CRUSA Holdings, led by Rick Reimoo. The seller was Upchurch Holdings. Peyton McWhirter led the McWhirter deal team.

DISPOSITION: Greysteel sells 1.36 acre IOS in DC metro area for $2.2M. Greysteel has facilitated the sale of 8045 Snouffer School Road in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The low-coverage property includes 6,200 SF of buildings, including a warehouse and an office. The buyer was Standard Properties Inc. Derrick Cohen and Zach Benlemlih with Greysteel represented the seller and were the only brokers involved in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Kenai sells 6.45 acre IOS portfolio in Denver and Oklahoma City. Kenai Capital Advisors has facilitated the sale of a 2-property portfolio totaling 36,321 SF on 6.45 acres. Garrett Neustrom, Canyon Law, Abby McPherson, and Jules Sherwood with Kenai represented the seller, Bamboo Equity Partners, and sourced the buyer in the transaction. The properties in the portfolio are:

• 5585 Marion Street in Denver, Colorado — 10,000 SF on 1.32 acres

• 1813 Southeast 25th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma — 26,321 SF on 5.13 acres

ACQUISITION: Zenith IOS buys 3 acre IOS in Phoenix. Zenith IOS has acquired 895 West Elwood Street in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features a 17,000 SF industrial building. The Zenith deal team included Vinh Thai and Peter Cannon.

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers fully leases 19.1 acre IOS in Columbus, OH. The Buckeye Industrial Group of Colliers has fully leased 3455 Alum Creek Drive in Columbus, Ohio. Zach Rines and Ben Johnson with Colliers led the leasing efforts on behalf of Transport Properties. The Transport deal team included Timothy McCahill, Joe Feeney, and Casey Cunningham.
