Evergren buys TX IOS

ACQUISITION: Evergen acquires 26 acre IOS in San Antonio, TX. Evergen Equity has acquired 4603 and 14710 Speedway Park in Van Ormy, Texas, a San Antonio suburb. The properties include a 7,500 SF truck terminal. The Evergen deal team was led by Troy Marcus.

Miramar buys CA IOS

ACQUISITION: Miramar buys 4.67 acre IOS in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Miramar Capital Advisors has acquired 8613-8639 Etiwanda Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The property features 2 industrial buildings for a total of 54,000 SF and is currently leased to New Legend Inc. The Miramar team is led by Paul Fuhrman, Jae Yi, Lew Friedland, Perry Hariri, and Peter Eichler. Rob Flores with CBRE assisted in the deal.

Zenith acquires WA IOS

ACQUISITION: Zenith buys 4 acre IOS in Seattle, WA. Zenith IOS has acquired 615 South 96th Street in Seattle, Washington. The property features a 10,400 SF shop building with 8 grade-level doors. The Zenith deal team included Vinh Thai. Scott Alan with Cushman & Wakefield assisted with the deal.

Realterm/Partners JV buys Australia IOS

ACQUISITION: Realterm/Partners Group JV buy 7.1 acre IOS in Australia. A real estate joint venture (JV) between Realterm and Partners Group has acquired 311 The Horsley Drive in Sydney, Australia. The property features a 45,690 SF warehouse and awning. The Realterm deal team included Toni Ryan, Charlotte Brabant, Bastian van Halder, Charles Miller, JJ Poon, Kathleen Tran, Annalee Neil, Jackson Gilbey, and Echo Yining Liu.

C&W leases NY IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Cushman & Wakefield leases 2.25 acre IOS in Brooklyn, NY. NYC Logistics & Industrial Services at Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the lease of 360 Kingsland Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. The property includes a 17,000 SF building. The property is owned by Sitex Group. The Cushman team included Rico Murtha, Helen McCarthy Paul, Gurpreet Singh, Joseph Hentze Jr., Gus Weaver, and Amanda Gerhardt. Sitex Group is led by Zach McHugh.
