ACQUISITION: Crosswest Capital buys 8.85 acre IOS in Easton, PA for $7M. Crosswest Capital has acquired 1200 Conroy Place in Easton, Pennsylvania. The property features 21,000 SF of industrial buildings. The Crosswest deal team included Derek Fish. Jennifer Stein with JDS Real Estate Services Inc., referred by Roberto Susi and Jose Sasson with Axiom Capital Advisors, represented Crosswest Capital in the transaction. Chaim Friedman with Sapphire Industrial Lending provided financing for the deal.

ACQUISITION: CanTex buys 3.51 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. CanTex Capital has acquired 2560 East Long Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas. The property includes an 11,988 SF cross-dock terminal. Sam Cheema and Romy Cheema lead the CanTex team. Liam Wagner with Younger Partners facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: VCR Realty Group sells 4 acre IOS in Atlanta. VCR Realty Group has facilitated the sale of 3272 Fayetteville Road in Atlanta, Georgia. The property features 2 parcels, one zoned light industrial and the other heavy industrial. John Cohen and Jake Foss with VCR Realty Group represented the seller in the transaction. Giles Plyler with JLL represented the buyer.

ACQUISITION: National IOS buys 3.18 acre IOS in Dallas-Fort Worth area. National IOS has acquired 602 South I-45 in Wilmer, Texas. The property is currently fully leased to STRTR Logistics. Nathan Rylander led the National IOS deal team. Alex Keeton with Stream Realty Partners facilitated the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Cushman & Wakefield lease 6.034 acre IOS in Houston area. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the leasing of 11100 Highway 225 in La Porte, Texas. Coe Parker, Kelley Parker, and John Littman with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction. Nick Bergmann and Jason Dillee with CBRE represented the tenant.
