Miramar buys CA IOS

ACQUISITION: Miramar buys 3.6 acre IOS in Miramar, CA for $14.6M. Miramar Capital has acquired 7191 Carroll Road in Miramar, California. The low-coverage site includes a 6,300 SF cross-dock facility. Evan McDonald, Kurtis Blanchard, and Mark Lewkowitz with Colliers represented both Miramar and the seller, TFI Intl. The Miramar deal team was led by Peter Eichler.

Alterra buys NC IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 5.4 acre IOS in Charlotte, NC for $3.25M. Alterra Property Group has acquired 309 Morningside Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property includes a 10,000 SF industrial building and is currently leased to The Loving Group. Greg Gosselin and Justin Smith with Colliers represented Alterra in the deal. The seller was Miaco Properties.

Jadian buys MA IOS

ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 18.4 acre IOS in Salisbury, MA. Jadian IOS has acquired 70-74 Main Street in Salisbury, Massachusetts. The property features 26,700 SF of building space, including a 30-door terminal with a 4-bay maintenance shop and a service facility with 3 drive-in doors. The Jadian deal team included Alex Stahl, Kees t’Sas, Daniel Schuchinsky, and Matthew Hennessy.

LEASE SIGNED: LEVEL leases 1.04 acre IOS in Fort Lauderdale, FL. LEVEL Realty has facilitated the lease of 420 West McNab Road in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The property features a 7,000 SF industrial building. LEVEL represented the tenant, Biggie Crane & Rigging Co., in the transaction. The aggregate lease value for the 10-year lease is $3.375 million. The LEVEL deal team was led by William Bonomo.

PEOPLE MOVES: Catalyst hires new accountant for IOS team. Catalyst Investment Partners has hired Sylwia Majewski to the team as an accountant. Sylwia will focus 100% on IOS investments.

READ: Centerbridge and M7 launch European IOS JV. The $277 million JV will target IOS in Continental Europe.
