ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 2.1 acre IOS in Charlotte, NC. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 855 North Hoskins Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property features a 2,150 SF shop building with 2 bays. The Catalyst deal team included Brandon Johnson and was represented by Christian Samartino with Piedmont Properties. Christian is also handling the leasing of the property.
ACQUISITION: TRUX buys 14 acre IOS in Boise, ID. TRUX Parking has acquired 7150 West Targee Street in Boise, Idaho. The property features a 12,500 SF repair shop and more than 180 truck parking stalls. The TRUX team was led by Alexander Hegner. Gray Williams and Luke Colbert with Albany Road RE Partners, as well as WA Heaton and Darlene Hill-Parks with Miller Lavoie, assisted in the transaction.
LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 4.55 acre IOS in Indianapolis, IN. Colliers has facilitated the lease of 5751 Dividend Road in Indianapolis, Indiana. The property includes a 30,180 SF truck terminal with 72 doors. The Colliers deal team was led by Korey Ryan.
LEASE SIGNED: IOV leases 4.5 acre IOS in Savannah, GA. Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV) has leased 1361 Dean Forest Road in Savannah, Georgia. The property features a 5,692 SF industrial building with 4 drive-in doors. Sebastian Findlay and Zachary Zakas with Colliers represented IOV in the transaction. Ashley Smith and Tammy Lomonaco, also with Colliers, represented the tenant, Fortiline Waterworks. The IOV team includes Tom Barbera, Nick Firth, Eric Johnson, Anthony DeLaurentis, Benjamin Backer, Robert Chase, Mike Rotolo, David Laser, and Tina Torossian.
