CORRECTION: In the September 30 edition of IOSList, we wrote that Ryan Cone of Cone CRE assisted in Triten’s acquisition of 1 Alchemy Place Northwest in Atlanta, Georgia. We now know that Cone CRE was the seller of the property. Many thanks to Willie Ross of Triten for bringing this to our attention.
ACQUISITION: Panther brokers sale of 7.15 acre IOS in Tampa, FL. Panther Capital Group has facilitated the sale of 5250 East Broadway Avenue in Tampa, Florida. Hector Delgado with Panther represented the buyer, a family based in Tampa. Panther is currently leasing the site with 2 acres of IOS available. ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 1.8 acre low-coverage ISF in Baltimore, MD. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 7675 Canton Center Drive in Baltimore, Maryland. The property features an 18,900 SF service facility with 7 drive-in doors. The Catalyst deal team was led by Connor Brophy. Matthew Curran, Andrew Meeder, and Daniel Hudak with MacKenzie Commercial RE Services brokered the sale.
ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 2-site portfolio in NC with 2.75 total acres of IOS. Alterra Property Group has acquired a 2-property portfolio that consists of the following:
9900 Newell Hickory Grove Road in Charlotte, North Carolina — 15,000 SF building and 1.25 acres of IOS
8515 Farrington Road in Colfax North Carolina — 12,000 SF building and 1.5 acres of IOS
A Colliers team that included Gregory Gosselin and Justin Smith represented Alterra in the deal. Kelvin Day and Michael Catanese with Park Commercial assisted in the transaction.
LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates brokers lease of 4.46 acre IOS in Corona, CA. Lee & Associates has facilitated the lease of 21880 Temescal Canyon Road in Corona, California. The property features a 5,600 SF metal building and a fully fenced and gated contractor’s yard. The L&A deal team led by Garret Gilliland represented the tenant, a heavy equipment contractor.
