Corepoint sells Atlanta IOS

ACQUISITION: Corepoint brokers sale of 3 acre IOS in Atlanta area for $4.8M. Corepoint Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 645-647 Red Oak Road in Stockbridge, Georgia. The property features several multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 57,000 SF. Marc Smouha with Corepoint represented the buyer, Stoic Equity Partners, in the transaction. Jeremy Friedman and Grant Reaves led the Stoic deal team.

Crosswest buys Chicago IOS

ACQUISITION: Crosswest Capital buys 4.88 acre IOS in Chicago for $4.95M. Crosswest Capital has acquired 5504 West 47th Street in Forest View, Illinois. The low-coverage property includes a 42,500 SF freight terminal. Derek Fish and Ben Andreycak led the Crosswest Capital deal team. John Basile, Alex Sutterer, and Packy Doyle with NAI Hiffman facilitated the transaction.

Colliers sells Inland Empire IOS

DISPOSITION: Colliers sells 13.89 acre Inland Empire IOS to Alterra. Colliers has facilitated the sale of 1595-1600 Columbia Avenue in Riverside, California, to Alterra IOS. The property includes 13 structures totaling 54,583 SF and offers dual BNSF and Union Pacific rail service. Parker Pearson led the Alterra deal team. Michael Kendall, Gian Bruno, Kenny Patricia, and Kylie Jones with Colliers represented both Alterra and the seller, Greenlaw Partners, in the transaction. Mark Zorn and Cory Whitman, also with Colliers, secured a tenant for the site.

Cooper Horowitz arranges SC IOS financing

FINANCING: Cooper Horowitz arranges $2.6M loan for 3.4 acre IOS. Cooper Horowitz has sourced a $2.6M loan for 7269 Cross Park Drive in North Charleston, South Carolina. The property features 2 industrial buildings totaling 22,800 SF and has been acquired by a joint venture between K2 Real Estate Capital and Bear Development. The Cooper Horowitz team included Justin Horowitz, Richard Horowitz, Ben Knopf, and Joshua Tropper. Mitchell Kaplain and Robert Kaplain led the K2 deal team.

Truck Parking Club passes 3,000 locations

TRUCK PARKING: Truck Parking Club passes 3,000 location milestone. Truck Parking Club now boasts more than 3,000 Property Member locations, representing 51,000 parking spaces across 49 spaces.
