LEASE SIGNED: Redpoint Industrial Group leases out 14 AC IOS in Houston, TX. Redpoint Industrial Group (RIG) has leased out 8521 McHard Road in Houston, Texas, to M& Coastal Manufacturing. The property features 52,500 SF of crane-served warehouse and Class A office space. The RIG deal team included Derick Perkins, Jonas Fertitta, Brad Smith, and Kyle Fischer. J Dawson Smith, Andrew Stelling, and Clayton Duewel with Avison Young facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS buys 6 AC IOS on Long Island, NY. Alterra IOS has acquired 538 Edwards Avenue in Calverton, New York. The property features 25,557 SF of building improvements and is the firm’s 5th Long Island acquisition. Chris White and Morgan Specht led the Alterra IOS deal team. Roman Melnyk with Industrial Storage Brokers facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Kassin Sabbagh Realty sells 4 AC IOS in Houston, TX. Kassin Sabbagh Realty (KSR) has facilitated the sale of 14025 FM 529 in Houston, Texas. The property is fully leased to Texas Plumbing Supply. The buyer was Bleecker Partners, led by Dennis Gallo. Emil Shabot led the KSR deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: Cushman & Wakefield leases 10 AC IOS in Platteville, CO. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the leasing of 15784 County Road 36 in Platteville, Colorado. The property features 19,000 SF of industrial improvements. Joey Trinkle with CushWake represented the tenant in the transaction.

FINANCING: Cooper-Horowitz arranges financing for 10 AC IOS site in Sayreville, NJ. Cooper-Horowitz has closed IOS acquisition financing for 700 Jernee Mill Road in Sayreville, New Jersey, on behalf of Open Industrial and Heitman. The low-coverage property includes a 28,500 SF industrial service facility and is fully leased to Aggreko. Justin Horowitz, Ben Knopf, Josh Tropper, Jack Goodman, and Richard Horowitz led the Cooper-Horowitz deal team.
