NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: R&G brokers 3.26 acre IOS in Phoenix, AZ for $4M. The Sheehan | Schumacher Industrial Team of Rein & Grossoehme (R&G) has facilitated the sale of 1351 North 25th Avenue and 1350 North 24th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features several buildings totaling 12,400 SF. The deal team of Max Schumacher, Patrick Sheehan, and Jack Hansen represented both sides of the transaction.
ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 3.87 acre IOS in Morrisville, PA for $4.8M. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 1501 South Pennsylvania Avenue in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. The property features a 10,400 SF industrial service facility with 6 drive-through doors. The Catalyst deal team was led by Patrick Mullen and Connor Brophy.
DISPOSITION: CBRE sells 3.34 acre IOS in San Diego, CA for $5.2M. CBRE has facilitated the sale of 6379 Camino Maquiladora in the Otay Mesa neighborhood of San Diego, California. CBRE’s Ramin Salehi and John Smith represented both the seller, FOTINM LLC, and the seller, IDS RE Acquisitions LLC, which plans to lease the property.
LEASE SIGNED: L&A leases 1.44 acre IOS in Riverside, CA. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 12801 Magnolia Avenue in Riverside, California. Garret Gilliland with L&A represented the tenant, a company that has been in business since 1950.
LEASE SIGNED: CoreOne leases 2.2 acre IOS in Pennsauken, NJ. CoreOne Industrial has leased 9101 River Road in Pennsauken, New Jersey, to Trend Leasing South. The property features an 8,940 SF warehouse. Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner with Colliers represented CoreOne in the transaction. The CoreOne deal team included Robert DePiero and Corey Isdaner.
