ACQUISITION: TRUX Parking buys UPTime/On the Spot Truck Parking. TRUX Parking has acquired UPTime Truck Parking and On the Spot Truck Parking. The acquisition expands TRUX’s portfolio with 4 Charlotte area locations, plus facilities in the Greensboro and Matthews areas. The transaction also adds Jenna Chittick and Devon Bornschein to the TRUX team.

ACQUISITION: Jennifer Stein sells 4.86 acre IOS in Raleigh, NC for $9.025M. Jennifer Stein Real Estate Inc. has facilitated the sale of 2010 North Raleigh Boulevard in Raleigh, North Carolina. The low-coverage property features a 34,000 SF industrial building. Jennifer Stein with Jennifer Stein Real Estate Inc. represented the buyer in the transaction and was referred by Roberto Susi, Eli Sasson Bril, and Jose Sasson with Axiom Capital Advisors.

DISPOSITION: MacKenzie sells 3 acre IOS in Baltimore area for $6.4M. MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services has facilitated the sale of 629 South Philadelphia Boulevard in Aberdeen, Maryland. The low-coverage property features a 17,000 SF warehouse. Matthew Curran, Andrew Meeder, and Daniel Hudak with MacKenzie represented the seller, All Roads Co., in the transaction. Matt Laraway and Ridgely Bowman with CBRE represented the buyer, McClung-Logan Equipment Inc.

LEASE SIGNED: Elmwood & Co. leases 2.7 acre IOS in Savannah metro area. Elmwood & Co. has facilitated the leasing of 4 Telfair Place in Garden City, Georgia. Zachary Zakas with Elmwood & Co. represented the landlord, Elmwood Capital Group, in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases IOS in San Francisco Bay Area. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of a large portion of 165-185 Commerce Street in Fairfield, California. The property totals 2.18 acres. Brian Slocum with Lee & Associates represented the landlord in the transaction.

FUNDING: Meridian arranges $6M loan for industrial with IOS in Baltimore. Meridian Capital Group has sourced a $6M 5-year, fixed-rate refinance loan for 9714-9720 Pulaski Highway in Middle River, Maryland. The property features several industrial buildings plus fenced IOS space. Orrstown Bank provided the loan. Gabe Icikson led the Meridian Capital Group deal team.
