NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 5.1 acre IOS in Seattle metro area for $12M. Realterm has acquired 7226 South 262nd Street in Kent, Washington. The low-coverage property features an 11,031 SF truck terminal, a 7,200 SF office facility, and a 2,400 SF standalone maintenance shop. The Realterm deal team included Isaac Lau and Stephen Panos.

DISPOSITION: Colliers sells 9.75 acre IOS in Bay Area for $5.5M. Colliers has facilitated the sale of an RV and boat storage facility located at 5044 Peabody Road in Fairfield, California. Greens Global acquired both the property and the business. Tom de Jong and Dylan de Jong with the Colliers de Jong Self Storage Team, along with Brian Slocum with Lee & Associates, represented the seller, 5044 Peabody LLC, in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: CushWake sells 5.24 acre IOS 2-pack in Denver metro area. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of 7875 and 7905 I-76 Service Road in Commerce City, Colorado. The portfolio features 2 parcels with 14,584 SF of industrial buildings. Matt Trone, Joey Trinkle, and Anna Givens with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Four Corners Property Company sells 4.73 acre IOS in Dallas. Four Corners Property Company has sold 4700 Singleton Boulevard in Dallas, Texas. The low-coverage property features a 45,449 SF industrial building and is currently leased to Nucor Steel. Tommy Crowell led the Four Corners deal team. David Guinn and Philip Cherrick with Davidson Bogle Real Estate facilitated the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: JLL leases 3 Jadian-owned IOS properties in Tampa. JLL has facilitated the leasing of 6001 North 50th Street, 6801 East Adamo Drive, and 6601 East Adamo Drive in Tampa, Florida. All 3 properties are currently owned by Jadian IOS. Olivia Brock, Peter Cecora, John Dunphy, Harrison Pithers, and Lindsey Harris with JLL represented Jadian in the transactions.
