ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 2 acre IOS in Charlotte, NC for $2.895M. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 8100 England Street in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property features a 14,340 SF warehouse. The Catalyst deal team included Von Hobe and Brandon Johnson.
ACQUISITION: Capital Bay Partners buys 10 acre IOS in Casa Grande, AZ. Capital Bay Partners has acquired 749 West Ash Avenue in Casa Grande, Arizona, a town roughly halfway between Phoenix and Tucson. The property features a 40,500 SF warehouse and has been leased to a Fortune 200 tenant. The Capital Bay team is led by Brandon Pike.
ACQUISITION: Centurion buys 2.5 acre IOS in Dallas, TX for $1.86M. Centurion Realty has acquired 5307 Bluebird Avenue in Dallas, Texas. Most recently, the property has been used as a parking lot for oversized vehicles. The Centurion deal team was led by Saul Tawil and Nate Palmer.
DISPOSITION: ComReal brokers $16.5M sale of 4 acre IOS in South FL. ComReal has facilitated the sale of 12800 Northwest 113th Court in Medley, Florida. The property features a 19,750 SF truck terminal and a 2,000 SF truck maintenance facility. A ComReal deal team led by Patrick McBride represented the seller, Seagis Property Group. Will McFarlin with Burr & Temkin represented the buyer, Old Dominion Freight Line.
FINANCING: Slatt Capital arranges financing for 60 acre IOS in Ontario, CA. Slatt Capital has arranged the acquisition financing for a property located at the southeast corner of Euclid Avenue and Schaefer Avenue in Ontario, California. The project’s backer, RCCD, originally intended to develop the site as an industrial business park. However, due to demand for truck parking in the area, RCCD has halted vertical construction and obtained a temporary use permit for IOS with 1,863 parking spaces. The Slatt team is led by Antonio Hachem.
