ACQUISITION: Transport Properties acquires 20.01 acre IOS in Columbus, OH. Together with partner GFH Partners, Transport Properties has acquired 3003 Etna Parkway in Pataskala, Ohio, a Columbus suburb. The property features 75,250 SF of indoor space, along with 7 acres of outdoor storage. The site is currently leased to Thayer Power & Communication Line Construction Co. A CBRE team including Joe Horrigan facilitated the deal. The Transport deal team was led by Tim McCahill in partnership with GFH Partners Ltd.
ACQUISITION: King Industrial brokers $1.5M sale of 2.72 acre IOS in GA. King Industrial Realty has facilitated the sale of 2382 Homer Road in Commerce, Georgia. The property features a 2,000 SF building. Tommy Barrow and Jason McCart with King Industrial represented the buyer in the transaction.
LEASE SIGNED: Timber Hill/Champion lease 21.3 acre IOS in Jacksonville, FL. Timber Hill Group and Champion Realty Advisors have completed development at 6505 Old Kings Road in Jacksonville, Florida. The property has been leased to Norfolk Southern. The storage yard is located less than a mile from the railroad’s Jacksonville rail yard. The deal team was led by Cary Goldman and Ryan Battistoni of Timber Hill.
LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 5 acre IOS in Denver, CO area. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 8200 East 84th Avenue in Commerce City, Colorado, a suburb of Denver. The property features a 9,200 SF new construction vehicle maintenance facility. The CBRE deal team was led by Sam Dragan.
UPDATE: In the September 4 edition of IOS List, we covered Ridgecut Road’s acquisition of 107 How Lane, a 6.5 acre IOS site in New Brunswick, New Jersey. We have since learned that Ridgecut has retained NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) to serve as leasing agent for the property. The NAIDB deal team is led by Chris Galiano, Kyle Gerace, and Robert DiLeo. The Ridgecut Road deal team is led by Eric and Scott Shalek.
