NEWS ROUNDUP

Realterm buys Atlanta IOS

ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 10 acre IOS in Atlanta, GA. Realterm has acquired 1809 Westgate Parkway Southwest in Atlanta, Georgia. The property features a 14,500 SF maintenance shop. The Realterm deal team included Arnie Capute and Ed Brickley. Connor Winkler with Lee & Associates represented Realterm in the transaction.

DSP buys Chicagoland IOS

ACQUISITION: Dayton Street Partners buys 4.4 acre IOS in Chicagoland. Dayton Street Partners (DSP) has acquired 1130 Chicago Tube Drive in Romeoville, Illinois. The property features a recently constructed 29,000 SF maintenance facility. Jim Weinhold with Capital Commercial Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction.

Catalyst buys NoVA IOS

ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 2.09 acre IOS in Northern Virginia. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 10105 Residency Road in Manassas, Virginia. The property includes a 16,255 SF service facility. Connor Brophy led the Catalyst deal team. Sam Haas and John Dettleff with JLL represented Catalyst in the transaction.

CanTex buys DFW IOS

ACQUISITION: CanTex buys 3.9 acre IOS in Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. CanTex Capital has acquired 1506 I-35W in Denton, Texas. The low-coverage property features a 33,758 SF industrial building and is currently leased to Siddons Martin Emergency Group LLC. John Anderson with Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth represented CanTex in the transaction.

NAI leases Ohio IOS

LEASE SIGNED: NAI Ohio Equities leases warehouse with IOS in Columbus, OH. NAI Ohio Equities has facilitated the leasing of 6,060 SF of warehouse space plus 0.25 acres of IOS space at 1632-1640 Clara Street in Columbus, Ohio. Simon Kroos and Stephen Pryor with NAI Ohio Equities represented the tenant in the transaction.

Metz Industrial leases NJ IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Metz Industrial Group leases 1.5 acre IOS in Linden, NJ. The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. has facilitated the leasing of 2601 Range Road in Linden, New Jersey. Jordan Metz, Benito Abbate, and James Friel with Metz Industrial represented both the landlord, Linden Warehouse, and the tenant, Alpha Cargo Transport, in the transaction.
