ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 3 IOS yards in Tampa, FL area for $13.9M. "By securing these prime locations near major transportation hubs, we are not only enhancing our presence in the Tampa area but also providing our tenants with unparalleled access to critical logistics and distribution networks." - Chris White, VP of Acquisitions. The properties included were:
6113 Causeway Boulevard, Tampa - purchase price of $4.33M, Ed Killmer at Lee & Associates repped the seller
9713 Palm River Road, Tampa - purchase price of $3M, seller was Brightview Landscape Services
4434 Maine Avenue, Lakeland - purchase price of $6.55M, brokered by Jimmy Ullrich at Colliers
DISPOSITION: Bradford and Outpost broker sale of 3.87 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. Chris Wong of Bradford Commercial RE Services represented the seller in the disposition of 7200 Midway Road in Fort Worth, Texas. The property features a 13,465 SF industrial service facility (ISF). The sellers were Conor Horowitz, Cole Horowitz, and Jon Birnbrey with Rockbrook Equity. The buyer, TCI Transportation, was repped by Doc Perrier of Outpost Partners.
ACQUISITION: Greenspring buys 5 acres in Hampton, VA. Greenspring Realty Partners has acquired 2103 Maxwell Drive in Hampton, Virginia. The property features two buildings totaling 9,475 SF and is currently leased to WillScot. The Greenspring deal team included Nicki Berg.
DEVELOPMENT: Dalfen develops 4 acre truck parking in Riverside, CA. Dalfen Industrial has developed a 4 acre truck parking facility at 2610-2620 Durahart Street in Riverside, California. Alston Construction completed the grading, paving, and off-site improvements. The Dalfen team included Matthew Anderson, Richard Weiss, and Willis Fries. LEASE SIGNED: CBRE brokers lease of 10.3 acre IOS in Chula Vista, CA. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 825 Energy Way in Chula Vista, California. The site is gated and secured. CBRE’s Rob and James Hixson represented both the landlord and the tenant (San Diego Convention Center) in the transaction.
