DISPOSITION: Badiee sells 38 acre IOS in San Diego, CA for $58M. Badiee Development has sold 5761 Airway Road in San Diego, California. The buyer was Hyundai Translead, which has retained Badiee to develop onsite improvements to the site. The Badiee team is led by Ben Badiee. Rusty Williams, Eugene Kim, Chris Roth, and Jake Rubendall with Lee & Associates helped broker the deal.
ACQUISITION: Virtue sells 9.4 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. Virtue RE Partners has brokered the sale of 4700 Martin Street in Fort Worth, Texas. Virtue represented the buyer in the deal. The site is 100% leased to a national tenant. The Virtue team is led by Luke Hoyl and TJ Giselbach.
ACQUISITION: Triten buys 3 acre IOS in Houston, TX area. Triten RE Partners has acquired 3205 Pasadena Boulevard in Pasadena, Texas, a Houston suburb. The low-coverage site includes a 27,045 SF warehouse. During due diligence, Triten and their deal team secured a high-credit tenant to bring the property to 100% leased. Conrad Bernard with Boyd Commercial/CORFAC Intl. and David Munson with Cushman & Wakefield assisted with the transaction. The Triten team is led by Scott Arnoldy , Will Hedges, and Zach Dobin.
DEVELOPMENT: Freight Ninja opens new yard in Mount Pleasant, WI. Freight Ninja has completed the development of a new truck, trailer, and fleet parking facility at 2305 North East Frontage Road in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. The facility features 500 spots, 24/7 supervision, and an electronic entry system. Transport Properties and Stark Pavement Corp. assisted with the development project.
