Everwood buys Tampa IOS

ACQUISITION: Everwood buys 14 acre IOS in Tampa area for $10.25M. Everwood Real Estate Partners has acquired 14159-14201 Black Lake Road in Odessa, Florida. The property features a 10,934 SF industrial building and is fully leased. William Peeples led the Everwood deal team. Peter Cecora and Olivia Brock with JLL represented Everwood in the transaction.

B+E sells Chicago area IOS

DISPOSITION: B+E sells 10.13 acre IOS in Chicago metro area. B+E Net Lease has facilitated the sale of 17805 Volbrecht Road in Lansing, Illinois. The property is fully leased to Keller Group. William Brooks, Camille Renshaw, and Tim Hain with B+E represented the seller in the transaction.

Titan sells Houston IOS

ACQUISITION: Titan brokers sale of 5.05 acre IOS in Houston. Titan Commercial has facilitated the sale of 1310 Spears Road in Houston, Texas. The property features 17,200 SF of industrial buildings. Jared Gillespie and Peyton Easley with Titan represented the buyer in the transaction.

Partners leases San Antonio area IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Partners leases 17.14 acre IOS in San Antonio metro area. Partners Real Estate has facilitated the leasing of 14603 Speedway Park in Von Ormy, Texas. Stan Nowak, Colten Courtney, and David Oldham represented the landlord, Evergen Equity, in the transaction.

IOV leases Chicagoland IOS

LEASE SIGNED: IOV leases out 5.73 acre IOS in Chicagoland. Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV) has leased out 160 North Garden Avenue in Roselle, Illinois. The property features a 30,314 SF maintenance facility and office building. The IOV deal team was led by Eric Johnson and Anthony DeLaurentis. Matt Garland and Andrew Maletich with Cawley Commercial Real Estate represented IOV in the transaction. Anthony Rich with Legacy Capital Ventures represented the tenant, National Trench Safety.

Elmwood leases GA IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Elmwood subleases 2.15 acre IOS in Savannah metro area. Elmwood & Co. has facilitated the subleasing of 7 Sonny Perdue Drive in Garden City, Georgia. Zachary Zakas with Elmwood represented US Container Depot in the transaction.
