ACQUISITION: Zenith buys 17 acre IOS in Houston, TX. Zenith IOS has acquired 2222 North Wayside Drive in Houston, Texas. The low-coverage property features 230,000 SF of buildings and is 100% leased. DISPOSITION: Colliers brokers $6.7M sale of 36 acre IOS in Jacksonville, FL. Colliers represented the seller in the sale of 0 Alton Box Road in Jacksonville, Florida for $6,726,875. The property features 1,370’ of linear frontage on I-95. The buyer was Copart, which already owns an adjoining property. The Colliers deal team included Michael Cassidy, Eric Bumgarner, Joseph Turri, and Gordon Olson.

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 11 acre IOS in Portland, OR. Alterra Property Group has acquired 6433 Southeast Lake Road in Milwaukie, Oregon, a Portland suburb. The property features a 19,105 SF maintenance facility and a 1,863 SF drivers’ lounge. The Capacity Commercial team of Mike Hale, Brody Cohen, and Ryan Bowers brokered the deal. The Alterra deal team was led by Matt McNutt.

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates brokers 1.44 acre IOS in Baltimore, MD. Lee & Associates represented the seller, Parkview Realty, in the disposition of 2630 Hafer Street in Baltimore, Maryland. The property features a 5,400 SF building. The sale price was $550,000. The L&A deal team included Tom Whelan and Gideon Price.
