Outpost and GreenPoint double truck terminal platform

FUNDING: Outpost and GreenPoint double truck terminal platform to $1B. Outpost and GreenPoint Partners have announced that their investment platform has doubled in size. According to Outpost, this gives the partnership “$1 billion in capital to acquired and develop truck terminals, traditional IOS, and drop yards in major logistics hubs across the US.” Thanks to recent acquisitions in Las Vegas, Oregon, Dallas-Fort Worth, and California’s Inland Empire, the Outpost network now features more than 25 facilities across more than 400 acres. Outpost’s leadership team includes Trent Cameron and Josh Neill. The GreenPoint leadership team includes Chris Green, Eric Boothe, Jeff Foster, and Ryan Taylor.

Matthews sells TX IOS

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells 2.22 acre IOS in Lubbock, TX for $850,000. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has facilitated the sale of 408 County Road 7200 in Lubbock, Texas. The property features a 5,000 SF industrial building. Taylor Dintzner with Matthews represented the seller in the transaction and secured an early lease extension for the tenant, Core & Main. The buyer was a private Texas-based group in a 1031 exchange.

Hampton Parters buys OK IOS

ACQUISITION: Hampton Partners buys 5 acre IOS in Oklahoma City. Hampton Partners has acquired 6532 Southwest 44th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The property features several industrial buildings totaling 16,000 SF and is currently leased to Knight Fire Specialists. The Hampton Partners deal team included Jeff Robinson, Tucker Robinson, Patrick Pritchard, and Dylan Huey. Tyler Huxley with Creek CRE facilitated the transaction.

COARE buys Jax IOS

ACQUISITION: COARE Industrial buys 2.87 acre IOS in Jacksonville, FL. COARE Industrial has acquired 321 Lane Avenue North in Jacksonville, Florida. The low-coverage property features a 12,268 SF warehouse. Stephen Barry and Hansel Rodriguez led the COARE deal team. Michael Cassidy and Eric Bumgarner with Colliers are currently marketing the property for lease.

Rectangle buys Denver IOS

ACQUISITION: Rectangle Investment Management buys 2.86 IOS in Denver. Rectangle Investment Management has acquired 1250 Zuni Street in Denver, Colorado. The property is 100% leased to United Rentals through 2032. Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger, and Keiffer Garton III with CBRE facilitated the sale. Matt Dillman and Georginne Dudash with Fennemore also assisted in the transaction.
