NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: GIP buys 27 acre industrial infill site in Denver area for $28M. Good Investment Partners has acquired 5101 Quebec Street in Commerce City, Colorado. The property is one of the busiest TravelCenters of America locations in the country, with an average of 99,000 vehicles per day. It includes a 19,000 SF travel center plus a 9,000 SF truck repair facility and extensive parking. Ryan Good led the GIP deal team. Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger, and Matthew Henrichs facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Green Courte Partners buys 28 acre IOS in Norfolk, VA. Green Courte Partners has acquired 1401, 1416, 1431, 1432, and 1448 Precon Drive in Norfolk, Virginia. The property features 165,000 SF of industrial buildings, a 400 linear foot marine bulkhead, and a rail spur. The seller, Precon Marine Industries Inc., will lease back a portion of the yard space, 2 buildings, and the bulkhead. Jordan Kerger led the Green Courte deal team.

DISPOSITION: Northmarq sells 9.88 acre IOS in Tulsa, OK area. Northmarq has facilitated the sale of 2615 OK-69A in Pryor, Oklahoma. The property features rail access and a 70,000 SF industrial building and is leased to Endot Industries. Mark Grossman, Jeff Hughes, and Rob Gemerchak with Northmarq represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Birddog Ventures buys 3.26 acre IOS in Dallas-Fort Worth. Birddog Ventures has acquired 813 Southway Circle in Fort Worth, Texas. The property features a 21,377 SF industrial building. Joshua Oerke, Jon DuCharme, and Brandon Schubert led the Birddog deal team. Kirk Kelly, Blake Grable, and Lyndon Todd with Transwestern brokered the transaction.

ACQUISITION: KBC Advisors brokers sale of 2 acre IOS in Austin, TX. KBC Advisors has facilitated the acquisition of 505 West Yager Lane in Austin, Texas. The property features an 18,982 SF industrial building. Morgan McMahen, Morris Green, and Trey Blasingame represented the buyer, Brennan Investment Group, in the transaction. William Saied led the Brennan deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: Charles Hawkins Co. leases 1.55 acre IOS in Nashville metro. Charles Hawkins Co. has facilitated the leasing of 1554 JP Hennessy Drive in La Vergne, Tennessee. The property features a 1,300 SF office building. Robert Stout, Kevin Irwin, Sam Still, and McNeill Stout with Charles Hawkins Co. represented the landlord in the transaction.
