NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 7.2 acre IOS in the Boston metro area for $5.8M. Realterm has acquired 130 Quarry Drive in Milford, Massachusetts. The property is currently leased to Ryder and PLM Fleet and features a 14,240 SF maintenance building. The Realterm deal team included Ed Brickley and Nick Dupuis.

ACQUISITION: Stonemont buys 32.6 acre IOS in the Philadelphia metro area. Stonemont Financial Group has acquired 300 Progress Court in Logan Township, New Jersey. The rail-served property features a 67,000 SF industrial service facility. The Stonemont deal team included Kenneth Lankford. Sean Kelly, Marc Petrella, and Michael Kimmel with KBC Advisors are currently marketing the property for lease.

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells 4.2 acre IOS in North Charleston, SC. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 3430 Buffalo Avenue in North Charleston, South Carolina. The property features a 13,775 SF industrial building. The buyers plan to develop the rear portion of the property into a separate IOS site. The Lee & Associates deal team was led by Jon-Michael Brock and Alex Whittemore.

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 2.4 acre IOS in the Atlanta metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 2725 Keystone Court in Norcross, Georgia. The property includes a 5,000 SF maintenance facility. Charlie Totten led the Alterra deal team. Mendy Ruder with Lee & Associates facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Capital RE Investments buys 4 acre IOS in San Antonio, TX. Capital Real Estate Investments has acquired 1430 East Houston Street in San Antonio, Texas. The property features 54,000 SF of industrial buildings. Derick Perkins and Kyle Fischer with Alpine Partners represented the seller, Avalon Motor Coaches, in the transaction. Troup Rolland, Blake Deer, Carson Deer, and Matt Cooper with Capital Real Estate Commercial represented the buyer.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases 15 acre IOS in Upstate SC. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 7915 Valley Falls Road in Spartanburg, South Carolina, to PODS. The L&A deal team included Jordan Skellie, Andrew Harrill, Joey Schirripa, Payton Drake, and Pamela Cocroft.
