DISPOSITION: SRS Capital Markets sells 9.29 AC site with IOS in Oklahoma City metro. SRS Capital Markets has facilitated the sale of 16399 US-66 in El Reno, Oklahoma. The property features a 9,103 SF building, along with 2.75 AC of IOS space. SiteOne Landscape Supply recently signed a 10-year corporate lease with 2% annual increases and three 5-year options. Dave Faris with SRS Capital Markets represented the seller. Joe Cosgrove with LevRose Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 6.9 AC IOS in Greensboro, NC. Jadian IOS has acquired 407 Norwalk Street in Greensboro, North Carolina. The low-coverage property features 2 buildings totaling 58,075 SF. The Jadian deal team included Zachary Friedman, Sara Swift, Alex Stahl, and Daniel Schuchinsky.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells 1.79 AC IOS in Pompano Beach, FL for $2.5M. CBRE has facilitated the sale of 980 Southwest 13th Street in Pompano Beach, Florida. The seller was Sarp Ciftci, while the buyer was Ted Pick. The CBRE deal team included Frankie Buffalino, Michael Oretsky, Tom O’Loughlin, and Larry Genet.

ACQUISITION: Colliers brokers sale of 0.85 AC IOS in Denver metro area. Colliers has facilitated the sale of 16255 East 4th Avenue in Aurora, Colorado. The low-coverage property includes a 13,392 SF industrial building. Kristjan Danis and Matthew Marcus with Colliers represented the buyer in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Gundaker leases 4 AC IOS in St. Louis metro area. Gundaker Commercial has facilitated the leasing of 9170 Latty Avenue in Hazelwood, Missouri, to 2 tenants. Cameron Cook and Jim Alexander with Gundaker Commercial represented the landlord in the transactions.

LEASE SIGNED: JLL leases 1.38 AC IOS in Queens, NY. JLL has facilitated the leasing of 56-07 48th Street in Maspeth, Queens, New York. The property features a 16,000 SF industrial building. Jeremy Liebler, James Ferrigno, and Leslie Lanne with JLL represented the landlord, Werwaiss & Co. Inc., in the transaction.
