ACQUISITION: Panther facilitates 3.61 acre IOS sale in Tampa, FL to Alterra. Panther Capital Group represented Alterra IOS in its acquisition of 4511 North 56th Street in Tampa, Florida. The property features a 7,500 SF warehouse. The Panther deal team consisted of Hector Delgado and Guillermo de Nicolas. The Alterra deal team included Chris White.
ACQUISITION: Miramar buys 3.94 acre IOS development site in Torrance, CA. As one of the initial seed acquisitions of Miramar IOS Partners, its recently announced IOS venture with UBS Asset Management, Miramar has closed on the acquisition of a 3.94 acre redevelopment site located in the heart of Torrance, CA. The project will be redeveloped into a state-of-the-art, low-coverage Class A IOS project that will feature a 30,000 SF industrial building and 2 acres of excess yard. Rob Flores with CBRE is handling the leasing of the project.
ACQUISITION: Centurion buys 4 acre IOS in Jacksonville, FL for $1.6M. Centurion Realty has acquired 3907 Edgewood Drive in Jacksonville, Florida. The property features several buildings totaling 2,972 SF. The Centurion deal team included Saul Tawil and Nate Palmer. Jamie Fisher with Matysek Investment Group assisted in the deal. Thanks to the efforts of Christopher Griffith with Lee & Associates, the property was 100% leased at closing to USA Storage Yards on a 10-year term.
LEASE SIGNED: BRC leases 1.8 acre IOS in Richmond, VA. The Advance Industrial Group at Bussel Realty Corp (BRC) has leased 614 Maury Street in Richmond, Virginia, on behalf of Acertus Transportation. The BRC deal team included Matthew Phillips and Anthony Rittwager. Isaac DeRegibus of Thalhimer represented the landlord, W.J. Rapp.
LEASE SIGNED: Zenith leases 7 acre IOS in the Miami, FL area. Zenith IOS has leased out 10651 Okeechobee Road in Hialeah, Florida, a Miami suburb. The property features 3 buildings totaling 31,721 SF. The tenant is Sim’s Crane and Equipment, repped by Noah Ohayon with AXIOM Capital Advisors.
