NEWS ROUNDUP

LEASE SIGNED: Realterm/LaSalle lease 51.4 acre IOS in Inland Empire of CA. Realterm and JV partner LaSalle Investment Management have leased out 18298 Slover Avenue in Bloomington, California. The property features 199,800 SF of office space, a maintenance facility, and 2 cross-docks. The Realterm deal team included Patrick Rios and Richard Seybolt, while Brett Bowman led the LaSalle deal team.

ACQUISITION: Panther brokers sale of 4.5 acre IOS in Lakeland, FL to Alterra. Panther Capital Group has facilitated the sale of 3755 Maine Avenue in Lakeland, Florida. The property features a 5,400 SF industrial building. Guillermo De Nicolas and Hector Delgado with Panther represented the buyer, Alterra Property Group, in the transaction. Devin Beeler and Robbie Lober with Lober Real Estate are currently marketing the property for lease.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells 2.34 acre IOS in Memphis, TN. CBRE has facilitated the sale of 5466 Old Highway 78 in Memphis, Tennessee. The low-coverage property includes a 20,500 SF industrial building. Anton Grigoriou and Kevin Calihan with CBRE represented the seller, Ewing Outdoor Supply, in the transaction. The CBRE deal team also included Tim Kempton, Amy Trott, Julia Williams, Molly Stegman, and Ashley Brooks.

ACQUISITION: Lee & Associates brokers sale of 2.216 acre IOS in Boise, ID. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 4470 South Henry Street in Boise, Idaho. The property features 5,487 SF of warehouse and office space. Nick Provenzano with Lee & Associates Idaho represented the buyer, Triangle R properties, in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 6.9 acre IOS in Indianapolis, IN. Colliers has facilitated the leasing of 1110 West Thompson Road in Indianapolis, Indiana. The property features a 16,032 SF building. Korey Ryan with Colliers represented the landlord in the transaction.

DEVELOPMENT: 3 IOS properties in Inland Empire receive approval. Lake Creek Industrial and JV Partner CRG have received entitlement approvals for 3 IOS facilities located on Nance Street in Perris, California. The plans include an 11,700 SF maintenance building on 1.82 acres, a 2.73 acre truck facility, and a second 11,700 SF maintenance building on 5.18 acres. Mark Schafer, Juan Covarrubias, and Cody Wolf with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services are currently marketing the properties for sale or lease.
