ACQUISITION: Colliers brokers 10.45 acre IOS in Indianapolis for $10.375M. Colliers represented the buyer in the acquisition of 5348 West 81st Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. The property features a 128,380 SF warehouse. The buyer was Kirby Risk, and the seller was Green Door Capital. The Colliers deal team was led by Korey Ryan.
LEASE SIGNED: MacLeod leases 4.12 acre IOS in Fontana, CA. MacLeod & Co. has facilitated the lease of 14714 Valley Boulevard in Fontana, California. The property features 3 buildings totaling 12,500 SF. JC Castillo with MacLeod represented the tenant. The MacLeod team is led by Chase MacLeod.
HIRING: Dalfen is hiring a Market Officer in Bay Area. Dalfen is on the lookout for a Market Officer to join its West Coast team. Based out of Dalfen’s Oakland, California office, the role involves identifying new acquisitions, spearheading leasing initiatives, and leading the due diligence process in select West Coast markets.
