DISPOSITION: KBC Advisors sells 128 acre site with IOS in Houston for $90M. KBC Advisors has facilitated the sale of 6401 North Eldridge Parkway in Houston, Texas. The property features 16 buildings totaling 1,158,368 SF plus several separate IOS yards. The buyer was Brennan Investment Group. John Ferruzzo and Jack Ferruzzo with KBC represented the seller, Innovex, in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Colliers sells 4.82 acre IOS in Charlotte, NC. Colliers has facilitated the sale of 3901 North Graham Street in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property features a paved and fenced lot. The buyer was Jadian IOS. Gregory Gosselin led the Colliers deal team, while the Jadian acquisition team included Zachary Friedman and Alex Stahl.

ACQUISITION: Fourth Capital buys 3.5 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area. Fourth Capital has acquired 4260 Industrial Center Lane in Acworth, Georgia. The low-coverage property features a 23,700 SF warehouse and office. Murray Gray and Braden Payne led the Fourth Capital deal team.

DISPOSITION: Obsido sells 2.6 acre IOS in San Antonio, TX. Obsido Commercial has facilitated the sale of 3410 Steen Street in San Antonio, Texas. The low-coverage property features a 16,000 SF warehouse and office building and is currently leased to Resilient Energy Solutions. Joshua Swank and Ron Kotel with Obsidio represented the seller in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Trinity Partners leases 1.83 acre IOS in Charlotte metro area. Trinity Partners has facilitated the leasing of 12715 Downs Circle in Pineville, North Carolina. The property includes a 8,500 SF industrial building. Bradley Dunn with Trinity Partners represented the landlord, Catalyst Investment Partners, in the transaction. The Catalyst deal team included Brandon Johnson, Drew Miles, and Adrian Golec. Kelvin Day with Park Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

LEASE SIGNED: Legend Commercial leases 2.18 acre IOS in Salt Lake City. Legend Commercial has facilitated the leasing of 1208 North Beck Street in Salt Lake City, Utah. Tre Bourdeaux, Skyler Peterson, and Parker Taggart with Legend Commercial represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
