ACQUISITION: Washington Capitol Partners buys IOS in the DC metro area. Washington Capitol Partners has acquired 7209 Lockport Place in Lorton, Virginia. The 9.38 acre property features a 12,861 SF warehouse/office building plus nearly 4 acres of gated IOS space. Mychael Cohn and Aaron Lebovitz with Cohn Property Group represented the sellers, Fortified Property Group, in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Lee & Associates brokers sale of 15 acre IOS in Upstate SC. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 122 Pride Drive in Simpsonville, South Carolina. The property includes several industrial buildings. Andrew Harrill, Jordan Skellie, Joey Schirripa, Payton Drake, and Pamela Cocroft with Lee & Associates Greenvile/Spartanburg represented the buyer in the off-market transaction.

ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 2.59 acre IOS in the Atlanta area. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 6711 Oak Ridge Commerce Way in Austell, Georgia. The low-coverage property features a 9,044 SF service facility. The Catalyst deal team was led by Brandon Johnson and Kyle Earley. Harrison Auerbach with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services helped structure the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: First Houston Properties leases 3.4 acre IOS in Laredo, TX. First Houston Properties has facilitated the leasing of 13523 Evolution Loop in Laredo, Texas. The property includes a 20,604 SF industrial building. The First Houston deal team included Juan Fraga, Patrick McKiernan, James Mashni, and Edgar Lee.

LEASE SIGNED: Doren Development leases 2 acre IOS in Essex County, NJ. Doren Development has leased out 372 Nye Avenue in Irvington, New Jersey. The property was formerly leased by Verizon for 20 years. The new tenant is MTS Towing. Richard Doren led the Doren Development deal team.
