ACQUISITION: Triten buys 24 acre low-coverage site in Atlanta. Triten IOS has acquired 1 Alchemy Place Northwest in Atlanta, Georgia. The property features a 65,000 SF warehouse and 15 acres of yard. The site is currently leased to 2 tenants. Cone CRE, led by Ryan Cone, was the seller. The Triten deal team included Willie Ross and Zach Dobin. Jordan Camp and Reid Hanner with Oakley RE Partners assisted in the transaction.
ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 2.3 acre IOS in Marietta, GA. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 2006 Delk Industrial Boulevard in Marietta, Georgia. The property features a 6,300 SF service facility with 4 drive-through doors. The Catalyst deal team was led by Brandon Johnson. Will Geraghty from Wilson, Hull & Neal assisted in the deal.
ACQUISITION: Greenspring acquires 4 acre IOS in Tampa, FL. Greenspring Realty Partners has acquired 1504 Tampa East Boulevard in Tampa, Florida. The property features a 20,000 industrial facility and is currently leased to EquipmentShare. The Greenspring deal team included Nicki Berg and Dan Flamholz.
LEASE SIGNED: CushWake leases 26.7 acre IOS in Denver, CO for Imperium. Cushman & Wakefield has fully leased 409 West 66th Avenue in Denver, Colorado. The property is owned by Imperium Capital, which divided it into 4 separate parcels. The C&W deal team was led by Joey Trinkle. Imperium Capital is led by Daniel Glaser and Sam Schneider.
TRUCK PARKING: Outpost adds 4 new yards, 1,700 truck parking spaces. Outpost has added 4 new locations across the country to its network. The new sites are:
70 Airport Road in West Dundee, Chicago (30 acres)
12754 Wiles Road in Coral Springs, Florida (14 acres)
15122 Ceres Avenue in Fontana, California (4.5 acres)
18702 Metropolitan Road in Laredo, Texas (11 acres)
