ACQUISITION: First Houston sells 14.7 acre IOS in Houston to TRUX. First Houston Properties has sold 4524 Katy Hockley Road in Katy, Texas, a Houston suburb. The buyer was TRUX Parking. The First Houston deal team included Juan Fraga and James Mashni. The TRUX deal team included Alexander Hegner and Joey Goodman.

ACQUISITION: Tesla pays $18M for NY IOS to use as charging station. EV maker Tesla has purchased 48-26 54th Road in Maspeth, New York, a Queens neighborhood. The seller of the 1 acre property was Wildflower Ltd. led by developer Adam Gordon. The Tesla deal team was led by Max de Zegher, Tesla’s director of North American charging operations.

LEASE SIGNED: Newmark leases 2.85 acre IOS in Nashville, TN. Newmark represented the tenant in the leasing of 3603 Central Pike in Nashville, Tennessee. The Newmark deal team was led by Kris Hagar. John Gifford and Jerry Miele with Colliers represented the landlord.

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 2.5 acre IOS in Charlotte area. Colliers represented the landlord in the leasing of 1111 Johnson Drive in Statesville, North Carolina, a Charlotte suburb. The property features a 5,750 SF building. The Colliers deal team included John Ellis, Grant Miller, and Gregory Gosselin.
