Unique Properties sells Denver IOS

DISPOSITION: Unique Properties sells 6.3 acre IOS in Denver for $11.5M. The Unique Properties Denver Infill Specialists have facilitated the sale of 1700 68th Avenue in Denver, Colorado. The low-coverage property features an 82,394 SF industrial building. Sam Leger and Graham Trotter led the Unique Properties deal team.

Colliers sells Indianapolis IOS

DISPOSITION: Colliers sells 10 acre IOS in Indianapolis, IN. Colliers has facilitated the sale of 2612 West Morris Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. The property features a 37,965 SF truck terminal with a 7,626 SF maintenance facility. The buyer was Realterm. A Colliers team led by Korey Ryan represented the seller in the transaction. The Realterm deal team included Stephen Panos and Gianni Vissat.

SwartzCo sells Atlanta IOS

DISPOSITION: Swartz Co sells 8 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area. Swartz Co Commercial Real Estate has brokered the sale of 249 and 257 Forest Parkway in Forest Park, Georgia. The property features 60,000 SF of warehouse space and is currently leased to Enterprise Truck Rentals and a Toyota Collision Center. Thomas Allen Farr and Ryan Swartzberg with Swartz Co facilitated the off-market transaction.

Transwestern sells TX IOS

DISPOSITION: Transwestern sells 6.5 acre IOS in San Antonio metro area. Transwestern has facilitated the sale of 9492 Corporate Drive in Selma, Texas. The property features a 10,000 SF industrial building and is currently leased to United Rentals. Luis Garza with Transwestern represented the seller in the transaction, while Charlie Weil (also with Transwestern) brought the buyer.

Open Industrial buys VA IOS

ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys 2.2 acre IOS in the Richmond, VA area. Open Industrial has acquired 11100-11102 Air Park Road in Ashland, Virginia. The property includes 2 industrial buildings totaling 24,000 SF and is currently leased to SiteOne Landscape Supply and Case Polytech. Elmo Alexander, Matt Potolicchio, and Chad Pitts led the Open Industrial deal team.

Elmwood leases Savannah IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Elmwood & Co./OnPace lease 10 acre IOS in Savannah, GA. Elmwood & Co. and OnPace Partners have facilitated the leasing of 28 Telfair Place in Savannah, Georgia. The new tenant tenant is CMC Logistics. Zachary Zakas with Elmwood and Nathaniel Weikert and Stephen Bridges with OnPace Partners represented the landlord, Jadian IOS, in the transaction.
