DISPOSITION: Alterra buys 12 acre IOS in Dracut, MA for $12M. Alterra Property Group has bought 49 McGrath Road in Dracut, Massachusetts. The property features a 60-door 27,380 SF cross-dock trucking terminal, along with a 5,750 SF repair garage. Matty Drouillard and James Stubblebine with Stubblebine Co. brokered the transaction.
DISPOSITION: Lober sells 3.41 acre IOS in Lakeland, FL for $2M. Lober RE has sold 6300 New Tampa Highway in Lakeland, Florida. The property features a 2,048 SF industrial facility and sold in under 30 days. The Lober deal team included Robbie Lober and Devin Beeler.
ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 2 acre IOS in Tampa, FL. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 12990 34th Street North in Tampa, Florida. The property features a 10,500 SF service facility that is 100% leased. The Catalyst deal team was led by Noah Goldstein and Nell Hurley.
FINANCING: PSRS arranges $25M in acquisition financing for LA IOS. The PSRS deal team of Kostas Kavayiotidis and Matt Farzinpour has arranged the financing for the acquisition of 2 IOS properties in Los Angeles metro. The properties are located off the Pacific Coast Highway in Wilmington and comprise 2.8 and 4.2 acres, respectively.
LEASE SIGNED: BRC leases 1.42 acre IOS in Newark, NJ. The Advanced Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has leased 1-23 Tompkins Point Road in Newark, New Jersey. The BRC team of Matthew Phillips and Anthony Rittwager represented the new tenant, Container World Corp. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Axis IOS.
