NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 11.75 acre IOS in Sarasota, FL. Alterra IOS has acquired 7405 286th Street Court E in Sarasota, Florida. The property includes 34,000 SF of building improvements. Chris White and Morgan Specht led the Alterra deal team. Robbie Lober and Devin Beeler with Lober Real Estate facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Transport Properties buys 17.75 acres in Nashville metro area. Transport Properties has acquired 704 Briskin Lane in Lebanon, Tennessee. The property features 5.25 usable acres of fully paved and fenced IOS, as well as 49,800 SF of warehouse and repair space. Gary Barbera and Charlie Mintz led the Transport deal team. Bo Fulk with KBC Advisors sourced the opportunity and is currently marketing the property for lease.

ACQUISITION: Bay Street Capital buys 1.2 acre IOS in Tampa for $1.55M. Bay Street Capital, along with partner Beerock Holdings, has acquired 11302 North Nebraska Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The property includes a 9,034 SF industrial building that is currently leased to Royce Bravo Security. The Bay Street deal team included Joe Buonopane, Matthew Wiener, and Jeremy Stenberg. The Beerock team was led by Benjamin Meland. Pablo Vignolo and Raul Pino with The Hype Real Estate Group represented Bay Street in the transaction. Matthew Martinez — also with Hype — represented the seller.

DISPOSITION: Marcus & Millichap sells 0.57 acre IOS in the Austin metro area. The TAG Industrial Group of Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of 1100 South Industrial Boulevard in Round Rock, Texas. The TAG deal team was led by Gunnar Vachris, Tyler Ranft, and Adam Abushagur.

ACQUISITION: Roebuck buys 7 acre IOS in Greater Manchester, UK. Roebuck has acquired an IOS property located on Chaddock Lane in Worsley, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom. The property is currently tenanted by Network Plus, a utility company. Charlie Barnes led the Roebuck deal team. Neil Higson with Wildbrook Commercial Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Cushman & Wakefield leases 1.6 acre IOS in Bay Area. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the leasing of 1501 Loveridge Road in Pittsburg, California, located in the Contra Costa Industrial Park. The property includes a 5,000 SF office/warehouse building. Kris Hagar and Tyler Epting with CushWake represented the landlord, Hall Equities Group. Nick Zankich led the Hall Equities deal team.
