IOS Weekender - August 31
Rarer still. A.1. Steak Sauce has history, people. Wall heads. Smooth, rich flavor of Kings. Back to school dreams. Yearn for the mines. Dark alleys. Childhood is the free trial.
Labor Day weekend is worth celebrating.
This is The Weekender, and we give your mind a break from the mundane. Here are a few things we found interesting or hilarious this week.

KNOW YOUR HISTORY
As I copied this above, I noticed the periods in A.1. for the first time. Abbreviation? I went hunting for answers.
It turns out, A.1. was first released in the UK in 1831, which would explain the brown color and muddled flavor profile. The term “A.1.” originated as a ship insurance term in the UK to describe a “first rate” ship by Lloyd’s of London.
