ACQUISITION: APEX buys 11.7 AC IOS in Jacksonville, FL. APEX IOS has acquired 5911 Commonwealth Avenue in Jacksonville, Florida. The property includes 24,650 SF of buildings and is the company’s 2nd acquisition in the JAX metro area. Prior to closing, APEX executed a lease with a national tenant on the southern 2.5 AC of the site. Alex Olshansky, Steve Ruimy, and David Hovis led the APEX deal team. Kyle VanCamp with VanCamp Commercial Properties helped facilitate the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Deugen Investment Group sells 16.1 AC IOS in Cranbury, NJ. Deugen Investment Group has sold 22 Brick Yard Road in Cranbury, New Jersey, to Stonebridge Steel — only 7 months after acquiring the property. Eric Gormeley led the Deugen deal team. Kellen Murphy with Murphy Schiller & Wilkes and Carly Kilroy with Curran Commercial facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Harbor Commercial Partners sells 3 AC IOS in North Charleston, SC, for $2.9M. Harbor Commercial Partners has facilitated the sale of 5541 Woodbine Avenue in North Charleston, South Carolina. The property includes a 3,050 SF shop and a 1,979 SF office. The buyer was Coastal Limousine. Tradd Varner with Harbor Commercial Partners represented the seller, Piedmont Woodbine LLC, in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: KWILL leases 7.5 AC IOS in Milwaukee metro area. KWILL Real Estate has facilitated the leasing of 27,500 SF on 7.5 AC at 19705 West Lincoln Avenue in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Matt Knafel and Brandon Smith represented the tenant in the transaction. Jim Larkin with Colliers represented the property’s new owner, TRIP Property Group, led by Jeff Josephs.

LEASE SIGNED: Panther Capital Group leases 5.4 AC IOS in Apopka, FL. Panther Capital Group has facilitated the leasing of 2078 Apopka Boulevard in Apopka, Florida. The property features 12,000 SF of industrial improvements. Hector Delgado and Gustavo Velez represented the landlord, Patriot IOS, in the transaction, as well as in the acquisition of the property.
