STRIKE UPDATE - Dockworkers agree to suspend strike until January 15th to allow time to work out a deal.
ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 2.25 acre IOS in Charlotte, NC. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 12406 Rock Hill-Pineville Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property features 2 buildings totaling 6,600 SF. The Catalyst deal team was led by Brandon Johnson. Bradley Dunn with Stream Realty Partners represented the seller.
DISPOSITION: Colliers brokers sale of 2 acre IOS in Savannah, GA for $1.75M. The Colliers Savannah Industrial Group has brokered the sale of 4618 Old Louisville Road in Garden City, Georgia, a Savannah suburb. The property features 14,400 SF of indoor space. The Colliers deal team was led by Zachary Zakas.
ACQUISITION: Panther brokers sale of 8.59 acre ISO in Auburndale, FL. Panther Capital Group has facilitated the sale of 0 Recker Highway in Auburndale, Florida. Panther’s Tallie Washington represented the seller, while Zac Pakizer, also with Panther, represented the buyer. The Panther team is led by Guillermo de Nicolas.
ACQUISITION: L&A sells 0.87 acre low-coverage facility in Perris, CA. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 3061 Indian Avenue in Perris, California. The property features a 3,200 SF building. Toby Tewell of L&A represented the seller, Robert Rodriguez. L&A’s Bruce Springer, CBRE’s James Toomarian, and First American Title’s Lori Allison and Kelly Simoneau assisted in the transaction.
LEASE SIGNED: Ramser leases 3 acre truck storage depot in Orlando, FL. Ramser Development Co. has leased 3 acres of truck storage space at 6302 Seminole Avenue and 5282 Patch Road in Orlando, Florida, to BMI Smart Parking Lots. The Ramser deal team included Scott Ramser, Allyson Young, and Claire Ramser. Monica Wonus with CBRE facilitated the lease transaction.
UPDATE: In the September 30 edition of IOSList, we wrote about Greenspring Realty Partner’s acquisition of 1504 Tampa East Boulevard in Tampa, Florida. We now know that Tivon Moffitt and Peter Bauman with Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.
