ACQUISITION: Realterm acquires 8.5 acre truck terminal in El Paso, TX. Realterm has purchased 150 Inglewood Drive in El Paso, Texas. The property features a 22-door, 15,047 SF truck terminal plus a 4,036 SF maintenance shop. The Realterm deal team included Ed Brickley, Derek Fish, Ben Andreycak, Glenn High, and Brennan Cascarano.

LEASE SIGNED: Alterra leases 6.19 acre IOS in Baltimore, MD. Alterra Property Group leased 1200 Chesapeake Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland, to Herc Rentals. The property includes a 30,892 SF warehouse with 21 drive-in doors. Andrew Meeder and Dan Hudak of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented Alterra in the deal.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE brokers lease of 5.86 acre ISF in Las Vegas. Willmore Industrial Team of CBRE represented the landlord, Outdoor Storage Investment, in the leasing of 3741 Civic Center Drive in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The industrial service facility includes 13,990 SF of industrial improvements. The Willmore team includes Dean Willmore, Alex Stanisic, Mike Willmore, Lauren Willmore and Kyle Kirchmeier.
UPDATE: On April 22, we reported on the acquisition of 1875 Mayfield Road in Odenton, Maryland, by Bay Street Capital Holdings. We can now report that Justin Horowitz of Cooper-Horowitz secured the financing for the deal.
PEOPLE MOVES: Open Industrial has a new CFO. Open Industrial has promoted Stephen Porter to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Stephen previously served as Open Industrial’s Controller for three years.
