ACQUISITION: InLight sells fully-leased Atlanta area IOS. InLight Real Estate Partners has sold 2733 Forest Parkway in Ellenwood, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. The property is located just off I-675 and includes 5.5 leaseable acres. The InLight leadership includes Jeff Berryhill, David Burch, and Matt DiLeo.
UPDATE: On Monday, we ran a story about an IOS transaction at 12731 Los Nietos Road in Santa Fe Springs, CA. We found out the buyer was Dalfen Industrial via Rich Weiss. Congrats!
ACQUISITION: Knight-Swift plans to buy 10 Yellow Corp. leases for $2.2M. Carrier Knight-Swift is adding to its truck terminal portfolio by acquiring 10 Yellow Corp leases. The terminal locations are in Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. Knight-Swift has already purchased 13 properties through Yellow’s bankruptcy auctions.
DEVELOPMENT: Transport Properties developing build-to-suit IOS in Chicago. Transport Properties is developing a storage and maintenance facility for a national bus company. The property is located in the Fulton Market District of Chicago. The Transport Properties team includes John Collins, Timothy McCahill, Jim Kurtzweil, Matt Mullen, and Joe Feeney.
→PEOPLE MOVES: Faropoint is seeking a Construction Manager in Dallas. Faropoint is hiring a Construction Manager for its Texas investments team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of similar experience.
