IOV breaks ground on FL IOS

DEVELOPMENT: IOV breaks ground on 39 acre IOS facility in Davie, FL. Industrial Outdoor Ventures began construction at 3055 Burris Road in Davie, Florida. The site will feature a 184,957 SF distribution building and a 42,000 SF service building. The IOV team is led by CEO Tom Barbera. Alterra buys SLC IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 8.41 acre IOS in Salt Lake City, UT. Alterra Property Group acquired 650 West 4100 South in Salt Lake City, Utah. The site features a 7,230 SF shop building with 4 maintenance bays. Tim Simonsen of Colliers Salt Lake represented the seller, Gordon Jensen Trucking & Storage. Burr & Temkin’s Jim Kemmerer, Chase Jones, and Garett Hall represented Alterra.

Matthews brokers sale of TX IOS

ACQUISITION: Matthews brokers sale of 4.5 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. Matthews RE Investment Services brokered the sale of 4801 Parker Henderson Road in Fort Worth, Texas. The property includes 3 industrial buildings totaling 30,000 SF. The buyer was Cantex. The Matthews deal team included Andrew Wiesemann, Griffin Pitcher, and Drew Boroughs.

Waste Connections leases Houston IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Waste Connections leases 7.6 acre IOS in Houston. Waste Connections leased 15550 Export Plaza Drive in Houston, Texas. The site features 27,800 SF of indoor space. Trey Erwin III and Josh Carl of Lee & Associates represented the landlord. Jason Whittington and Clint Hankla of Partners Real Estate represented the tenant.

LEASE SIGNED: Timber Hill-Champion JV leases 21 acre IOS in Haslet, TX. Harmon CTH, a JV between Timber Hill Group and Champion Realty Advisors, has leased 112 Harmon Road in Haslet, Texas, to Mainfreight. The long-term lease includes provisions for a build-to-suit 62,000 SF freight terminal with 86 dock doors. (Read about another Mainfreight deal in our Feb. 26 issue.)
