ACQUISITION: Green Courte Partners buys 55 AC IOS portfolio in Columbus, OH. Green Courte Partners has acquired 1888, 2020, 2056, 2100, 2104, 2110, 2116, and 2200 Watkins Road in Columbus, Ohio. The portfolio includes 28,000 SF of building coverage. The Green Courte deal team included Zachary Bonheyo and Jordan Kerger. Weston Devore and Nick Tomasone with CBRE are currently marketing the property for lease.

ACQUISITION: ICG brokers sale of 10 AC IOS in Chicago area. ICG has facilitated the sale of 3504 Virginia Road in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The property includes 5 buildings totaling 26,000 SF. Mike Hawryluk with ICG represented the buyer and was the only broker in the off-market transaction. Kevin Drucker with Cornerstone National Bank & Trust Co. assisted with the financing. Mark Zaprzalka of Jacob & Hefner Associates Inc. and Spiros D. Alikakos also assisted in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: SRS Industrial sells 4.61 AC IOS in Detroit metro area. SRS Industrial has facilitated the sale of 2586 South Milford Road in Highland, Michigan. The property features a 2,592 SF building and is currently leased to Heritage Landscape Supply, a subsidiary of SRS Distribution. The SRS Industrial deal team included Dave Faris, Frank Rogers, and Jack Cornell.

DISPOSITION: Marcus & Millichap sells 9.42 AC IOS in Raleigh, NC. The Bauman Moffitt Team at Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of 3201 Spring Forest Road in Raleigh, North Carolina. The property features 2 buildings totaling 32,000 SF. Peter Bauman, Tivon Moffitt, and Andrew Margulies led the Marcus & Millichap deal team in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 2.04 AC IOS in Las Vegas. The Willmore Industrial Team at CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 5845 South Valley View Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property features an 8,410 SF office/warehouse building. The CBRE deal team included Kyle Kirchmeier, Mike Willmore, Lauren Willmore, Dean Willmore, and Alex Stanisic.
PEOPLE MOVES: Alterra IOS elevates 4 new Partners. In our March 2 edition of IOS List, we discussed Almanac’s acquisition of a minority stake in Alterra IOS. We now know that through the transaction, Alterra has named Charlie Totten, Mark Gannon, Parker Pearson, and Scott Whittle as Partners.
