ACQUISITION: Transport Properties buys 11.62 acre IOS in Detroit metro area. Transport Properties has acquired 16400 Racho Road in Taylor, Michigan. The property features a 5,700 SF building along with 7 paved acres. The off-market deal was sourced by Transport’s Burke Scott. (For leasing inquiries, email Burke and tell him IOSList sent ya!)
ACQUISITION: Digby sells 2 acre IOS in Denver metro area for $1.4M. Digby Commercial Advisors has facilitated the sale of 6290 West 59th Avenue in Arvada, Colorado. The income-generating property went under contract in less than 30 days for more than the asking price. The Digby deal team included Tanner Digby and Wade Wilson.
ACQUISITION: JLL sells 7.15 acre low-coverage site in Hudson, WI. JLL has brokered the sale of 2310 O’Neil Road in Hudson, Wisconsin. The property is 100% leased to ABC Supply with 10 years of lease term remaining. It features a 35,417 SF building and more than 2 acres of IOS space. The JLL deal team included Colin Ryan, Dave Berglund, Sean Devaney, Ed Halaburt, John Huguenard, Kurt Sarbaugh, Ross Bratcher, Cal Kropke, Brian Glad, and George Conway.
UPDATE: In the November 4 issue of IOSList, we covered Timber Hill’s purchase of 4 IOS properties in Laredo, Texas. We now know that Ruben Larrea with Panther Capital Partners assisted in the sale of 2 of the properties:

4006 Quivira Drive — 7.23 acres
LEASE SIGNED: Mollenhour Gross leases 2.5 acre IOS in Knoxville, TN. Mollenhour Gross RE has leased 2.5 acres of IOS space at its Forks of the River Industrial Park located on Island River Drive in Knoxville, Tennessee. The new tenant is FedEx Freight. The Mollenhour Gross team is led by Jordan Mollenhour and Dustin Gross.
